  • • The role demands a proactive approach to engaging with the Alight Partner/Carrier Network to not only identify potential prospects but also to actively build and nurture a robust sales pipeline.
  • • A key responsibility involves partnering closely with the Account Management team to develop and execute strategic growth plans tailored to each client's unique objectives and potential.
  • • You will be expected to own the complete end-to-end sales cycle for designated insurance products, encompassing initial discovery, crafting compelling proposals, coordinating with internal and external partners, navigating negotiations, and ultimately securing the close.
  • • Maintaining meticulous accuracy in pipeline forecasting and ensuring diligent Salesforce hygiene are critical for effective sales management and reporting.
