- • Lead end-to-end client integration onboarding for healthcare systems, digital health companies, and provider organizations seeking to adopt Galleri’s early cancer detection test through clinical workflow integrations.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during integration activation, coordinating with clinical, technical IT, and operational teams to ensure seamless adoption of Galleri ordering and results workflows.
- • Execute and manage integrations with major healthcare platforms including Epic (Aura), Athena, Quest Diagnostics, point-to-point HL7 interfaces, and other laboratory information systems.
- • Translate complex clinical and technical requirements between healthcare providers, IT departments, and internal GRAIL teams to align integration specifications with real-world clinical workflows.
- • Develop and maintain integration documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to support consistent, scalable deployment across diverse client environments.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues post-deployment, working closely with engineering, data, and customer success teams to ensure uninterrupted service and data accuracy.
- • Collaborate with product and clinical teams to provide feedback from client integrations that inform future platform enhancements and workflow optimizations.
- • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to demonstrate integration capabilities, gather requirements, and provide ongoing support throughout the integration lifecycle.
- • Ensure all integrations comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and clinical best practices for laboratory reporting and electronic health record (EHR) connectivity.
- • Track integration progress using internal project management tools, maintaining timelines, milestones, and client satisfaction metrics for each deployment.
- • Support the expansion of GRAIL’s integration portfolio by identifying new partner platforms and evaluating technical feasibility for future integration pathways.
- • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve integration efficiency, reduce time-to-live, and enhance client experience across the entire customer journey.
- • Represent GRAIL in client-facing technical discussions, maintaining a professional, solution-oriented approach while upholding the company’s mission to detect cancer early.
- • Travel occasionally to GRAIL offices or client sites to conduct on-site integration support, training, or team collaboration events as required.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing healthcare technology integrations, particularly with EHR systems such as Epic, Athena, or Quest Diagnostics
- • Strong understanding of HL7 messaging standards and clinical data exchange protocols in laboratory and healthcare settings
- • Demonstrated ability to translate between clinical workflows and technical IT requirements for healthcare providers
- • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with engineering, product, and customer success teams
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a track record of leading client-facing implementation projects
- • Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards
