  • • As an Associate Director within the Client Leadership team at OMD UK, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing impactful media strategies for one of our most significant and innovative clients, Compare the Market.
  • • This pivotal role places you at the forefront of a dynamic team that expertly blends creativity, data-driven insights, and strategic foresight to produce iconic and commercially effective campaigns that resonate across the UK.
  • • You will be the primary day-to-day contact for the client, guiding the development and execution of media planning solutions and contributing to outstanding creative and strategic thinking that drives client success.
  • • Collaborating closely with Business Directors, specialist teams within the agency, and external partners, you will cultivate trusted relationships, adeptly navigate complex challenges, and champion initiatives that foster long-term client growth and brand prominence.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves nurturing and developing talent within the team. You will provide support and mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative, empowering, and high-performing team culture.
