- • As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Workato, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agentic solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors using the Workato Agentic AI platform. This role is critical in helping enterprises streamline operations by connecting data, processes, applications, and experiences through intelligent automation.
- • Day to day, you will implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, develop intelligent agentic workflows with multi-agent collaboration, and create advanced prompting and memory management techniques to enable LLMs to execute complex workflows reliably. You will also act as a technical solutions expert, troubleshooting AI-driven architectures and ensuring scalable, robust AI-powered IT workflows.
- • You will work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks. Additionally, you will contribute to internal process improvements, promote knowledge sharing, and play an instrumental role in product development from ideation to implementation.
- • The role offers the opportunity to deepen expertise in AI engineering, agent-based systems, and enterprise integration while working with cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. 🎯 Requirements
- • BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- • 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation
- • 1+ year of experience with Workato or similar workplace orchestration and integration platform
- • Proven experience in AI engineering with a focus on agent-based systems
- • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations
- • Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby
