- • As an Instructional Designer at CaseWare International Inc., you will design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning content to meet the educational needs of the organization and its users, playing a critical role in supporting product adoption and user proficiency.
- • You will collaborate daily with subject matter experts, product managers, developers, marketing teams, and regional training teams to create accurate, high-quality learning materials aligned with business goals and product updates.
- • You will join the Education and Media Team within a leading SaaS organization, reporting directly to the Head of Global Product Education, contributing to a mission-driven culture focused on empowering users through effective training.
- • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in instructional design for enterprise SaaS products, strengthen your skills in multimedia learning design, and contribute to scalable training solutions that impact global user success and product mastery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development
- • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, product managers, and developers
- • Strong skills in creating engaging, accurate, and goal-aligned learning content
- • Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment
- • Excellent communication and project management abilities
- • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models
