📋 Description

• As a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of software solutions that support global clinical research and healthcare innovation in highly regulated environments.
• You will lead validation and software testing activities across multiple platform delivery projects, design and execute test cases, manage testing timelines and defect tracking, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure product quality.
• You will join the Platform Delivery team, working with distributed global teams to improve testing processes, tools, automation practices, and quality standards in support of clinical trials, diagnostics, and medical decision-making platforms.
• In this role, you will drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies, gain deep experience in regulated software environments, and contribute to life-changing healthcare outcomes by ensuring software reliability and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, software testing, or validation within regulated or complex technical environments
• Experience designing and executing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing activities
• Hands-on experience working with test management systems, bug tracking tools, automation frameworks, and documentation platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and communicate effectively with global and cross-functional teams
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
