📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Leave Solutions clients, providing day-to-day operational support and relationship management.
• Leverage deep expertise in absence and disability management to resolve complex claim issues, escalations, and client inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Alight products and services, and effectively communicate the value of the One Alight service model to clients to strengthen brand trust and confidence.
• Consult with clients on how to best leverage Alight’s solutions to achieve their desired business outcomes in leave, disability, and absence management.
• Absorb and support evolving technology and service solutions, staying current with industry trends, practices, and associated risks.
• Provide technical expertise for internal and client delivery needs, including pre/post-production testing, SSRs/CROs, and defect management.
• Deliver timely, proactive, and accurate status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Manage client escalations to accelerate resolution, mitigate retention risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify systemic themes in service delivery and claims.
• Adapt quickly to changing business demands, proactively learn new skills, and apply innovative methods to meet client and organizational needs.
• Act as a change agent by seeking out and implementing new ideas for continuous improvement in service delivery and client experience.
• Organize, host, attend, and contribute to cross-departmental and client/broker meetings as required, including travel for internal, client, and industry events.
• Travel up to 20-25% to support client engagements, internal meetings, and industry conferences.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of contracts, pricing structures, and financial models related to leave and disability services.
• Identify and anticipate potential risks to client relationships or service delivery, and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client accounts to drive growth and value.
• Apply industry experience in HR services, outsourcing, business management, disability, absence, or healthcare to inform client interactions and strategic recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of direct Client/Broker Relationship management experience or advanced education equivalent.
• Must reside in the state of Virginia.
• Possess deep operational, relationship building, and issue resolution skills.
• Demonstrate understanding of contracts, pricing and financial models.
• Have experience identifying and anticipating risk and implementing effective risk mitigation plans.
• Have ability to identify expansion opportunities.
• Demonstrate industry experience in HR services / outsourcing, Business Management, Disability / absence, and/or Healthcare.
• Be able to travel 20-25% and reside in the state of Virginia.
