- • As a Client Manager for Hospital/Health Systems, you will be responsible for retaining and growing revenue for your assigned book of business while exceeding client expectations around service excellence. You will act as a champion for clients, influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and ensure long-term partnership success.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strategic, consultative relationships with 12–20 assigned clients throughout the entire client lifecycle—from implementation and ongoing support to problem resolution, upselling, and renewal activities. You will collaborate with sales executives during finalist presentations and may present directly to potential clients.
- • You will maintain senior-level contact with client stakeholders and brokers, participate in internal projects that support client success, and stay informed on market trends to effectively position Luminare Health’s programs and solutions to decision-makers.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in the self-insured TPA and employee benefits landscape, strengthen consultative selling and negotiation skills, and grow into a trusted advisor role within a purpose-driven organization that invests in employee development and career growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of industry experience OR High School diploma and 9 years of client management or similar TPA/insurance experience with client-facing responsibilities
- • Ability to travel up to 25% and interact effectively with senior-level executives
- • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
