• • The Client Operations Program Manager drives execution across Wrapbook's Client Operations organization, bridging strategy and execution by turning priorities into plans and outcomes into measurable progress.
• • Day to day, the role involves maintaining a centralized view of active programs, leading discovery across Customer Support, Success, Implementation, Payroll Operations, and other teams, facilitating decision-making via DACIs, managing cross-functional dependencies, producing executive-ready reporting, and ensuring accountability without direct authority.
• • Wrapbook is a fast-growing SaaS company providing a unified payroll and accounting platform for production teams, trusted by top entertainment companies and backed by investors like Andreessen Horowitz and WndrCo, with a team of 250+ across the US and Canada.
• • The person in this role will develop expertise in cross-functional program leadership, operational planning, stakeholder influence at scale, and AI-augmented workflows, while gaining visibility into production payroll systems and contributing to initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and leadership bandwidth.
