  • • As a Client Partner, you will engage directly with senior executives, including Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) within Fortune 500 companies. Your primary responsibility will be to guide these leaders through one of the most significant business challenges of our era: the meaningful adoption of Artificial Intelligence. This role is fundamentally consultative, characterized by long sales cycles, and centered on cultivating executive relationships, developing robust business cases, designing pilot programs, and navigating complex enterprise procurement processes.
  • • This position operates at the critical intersection of enterprise sales, commercial strategy, and the pioneering of a new market category. You will not be stepping into a pre-defined territory with a mature sales playbook. Instead, you will play an instrumental role in shaping and building our go-to-market strategy and methodologies. We are intentionally diverging from traditional enterprise sales models by investing in individuals who possess deep, strategic problem-solving capabilities and can engage thoughtfully with complex organizational change initiatives.
  • • Your responsibilities will include advancing enterprise opportunities from inception to closure, driving new customer acquisition, and fostering significant revenue growth. Concurrently, you will collaborate closely with our Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to continuously refine our go-to-market approach as the AI adoption category matures and evolves. Success in this role hinges on sound judgment, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to transform trusted executive relationships into enduring, high-value enterprise partnerships.
