📋 Description

• • The Client Partner is a senior strategic business leader responsible for ensuring the success of Guidewire’s largest, most strategic customers by acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and driving value realization from Guidewire Cloud solutions.
• • Day to day, the role involves collaborating with sales, services, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute account strategies, manage KPIs like ARR, churn, NPS, and CSAT, serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, coordinate cross-functional responses to customer needs, and lead global account teams through coaching and performance management.
• • Guidewire is a leading platform for property and casualty insurers, trusted by over 540 insurers across 40 countries, combining digital, core, analytics, and AI to deliver cloud-based solutions that enable innovation and operational efficiency in the insurance industry.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in strategic account management, influence Guidewire’s product roadmap through customer insights, build executive-level relationships, and drive measurable outcomes in customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction while growing as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the insurance technology space.
