📋 Description

• As the Senior Executive Business Partner to Vanta’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a critical role in enabling the CRO to focus on high-impact work by providing seamless administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
• You will manage complex calendars, coordinate end-to-end travel and logistics, streamline cross-functional communication, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and proactively solve problems while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
• You will join Vanta’s centralized Executive Operations team, a collaborative group that shares best practices and ensures consistent, high-quality support across the executive leadership team, while also contributing to projects that improve operational effectiveness in the revenue organization.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in executive support at a high-growth tech company, refine your judgment and prioritization skills, build trusted relationships across functions, and gain exposure to strategic revenue operations while contributing to Vanta’s mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Business Partner supporting c-level executives at a technology company, preferably for GTM executives
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities and adapt quickly as plans change
• Excellent communication and organization skills, able to synthesize and communicate information with clarity and precision
• Strong business judgment and attention to detail; knows when to escalate and when to act independently
• Comfortable working across functions and time zones with a high degree of professionalism
• High emotional intelligence and an instinct for building trust and rapport across teams
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
• Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
