  • • Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Partner to join our North America Sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering deep relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • • This position is instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for large, complex deals, ensuring both the retention and profitable expansion of our most valuable client relationships.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, deeply understanding their business objectives, challenges, and future needs.
  • • A core responsibility involves nurturing and expanding relationships with C-suite executives and L2 stakeholders within client organizations, identifying opportunities where Iron Mountain's comprehensive suite of services can deliver significant value.
  • • You will lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through to complex contract negotiations and final deal closure, requiring a sophisticated understanding of enterprise sales processes.
  • • This includes meticulous preparation of required documentation, seamless coordination with internal cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, solutions architects), and persuasive presentation of proposals.
  • • A key aspect of the role is shaping and architecting solutions that precisely address complex client needs, moving beyond standard offerings to create bespoke value propositions.
  • • You will lead discovery sessions and initial client meetings, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients toward innovative solutions that align with Iron Mountain's capabilities.
  • • The focus will be on driving "process forward" innovations, with a strong emphasis on customer-driven innovation, ensuring our solutions are at the forefront of industry advancements.
  • • You will own the overarching account strategy, defining a clear vision for each account, mapping potential white space opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and meticulously identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • • Acting as the central 'quarterback' for your accounts, you will be accountable for every facet of the client relationship, from proactively identifying new revenue opportunities to swiftly and effectively resolving any client issues that may arise.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to understanding market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and the nuances of Iron Mountain's extensive product and service portfolio.
  • • You will operate with an enterprise mindset, employing persuasive, persistent, and adaptive behavioral skills to navigate complex organizational structures and secure buy-in.
  • • A significant portion of your work will involve contributing to and leading digital transformation initiatives for clients, leveraging Iron Mountain's expertise in areas such as records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, and asset lifecycle management.
  • • You will be adept at proposing innovative solutions, utilizing market insights, analytical tools, and data to forecast sales activities, prioritize efforts, and demonstrate ROI.
  • • Exceptional collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with diverse internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • • Strong negotiation skills are paramount to securing favorable terms and building mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
