- • Own the full commercial lifecycle for Traackr’s largest and most sophisticated clients across EMEA, acting as the single point of accountability for revenue growth, strategic alignment, and long-term partnership health.
- • Design and execute multi-year account plans that map Traackr’s influencer-marketing platform to each client’s unique business objectives—whether accelerating global product launches, penetrating new consumer segments, or proving ROI to the C-suite.
- • Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level, VP-level, and senior marketing executives, becoming their go-to advisor on creator-economy trends, competitive benchmarking, and budget optimisation strategies.
- • Lead consultative discovery workshops to uncover latent needs, translate them into measurable success criteria, and co-create joint business plans that secure executive sponsorship and budget commitment.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional teams—Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and Solutions Engineering—to deliver seamless onboarding, adoption sprints, and quarterly business reviews that consistently exceed KPIs and renewal targets.
- • Drive expansion revenue by identifying whitespace opportunities, crafting tailored upsell proposals, and negotiating multi-year or multi-region contracts that grow annual recurring revenue by 20 %+ year-over-year.
- • Serve as the ultimate escalation point for all commercial, technical, or service issues, ensuring rapid resolution and protecting Net Revenue Retention above 110 %.
- • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering, influencing the roadmap on features such as predictive analytics, creator fraud detection, and global payment workflows.
- • Maintain an accurate 360° view of each account in Salesforce, forecasting bookings, renewals, and churn risk with 95 % accuracy to inform executive-level revenue planning.
- • Represent Traackr at industry events, panels, and advisory boards, elevating our thought-leadership position while sourcing high-value referrals and co-marketing opportunities.
- • Champion Traackr’s culture pillars—Trust, Diversity, Value, Ownership, and Mutual Success—by mentoring junior colleagues, contributing to DEI initiatives, and sharing best practices across the global sales organisation.
