- ⢠As a Client Partner Account Manager at Tinuiti, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by managing end-to-end account operations for one of the largest independent full-funnel marketing agencies in the U.S., overseeing $4 billion in digital media under management and supporting data-driven growth strategies that eliminate waste and scale what works.
- ⢠You will own the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while developing and executing comprehensive account plans that integrate multiple media channels and Tinuitiās proprietary solutions like Bliss Point to meet client objectives.
- ⢠Your daily responsibilities will include assisting clients in establishing accurate budgets and forecasts, monitoring spend efficiency, and ensuring monthly actualization through data-driven oversight and optimization.
- ⢠You will analyze client performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement, then translate insights into clear reports and presentations for both clients and internal teams.
- ⢠Proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling will be central to your role, aligning growth initiatives with client strategic goals and Tinuitiās service offerings across Commerce, Search, Social, TV & Audio, and more.
- ⢠You will collaborate closely with Tinuitiās specialized client channel teams and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives, acting as a unifying force between clients and internal experts.
- ⢠Serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, you will provide timely updates on project progress, address concerns swiftly, and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership health.
- ⢠Staying ahead of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices will be essential, enabling you to apply deep market knowledge to enhance client strategies and deliver innovative, evidence-based recommendations.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠4-5 years of proven experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a track record of executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- ⢠Extensive hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint, and project management systems.
- ⢠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and client-facing presentations.
- ⢠Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and use insights to drive marketing decisions and campaign optimizations.
- ⢠Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to effectively handle multiple client accounts, partner relationships, and internal initiatives simultaneously.
- ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
