- • Serve as the primary point of contact for major restaurant and grocery partners in the UK, acting as a trusted advisor to drive advertising investment on Deliveroo’s platform.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to increase advertising effectiveness and spend by deeply understanding clients’ marketing objectives, challenges, and performance metrics.
- • Develop tailored advertising strategies that align client goals with Deliveroo’s suite of ad offerings, translating business needs into actionable campaign plans.
- • Lead client pitches and presentations to senior executives, clearly articulating the value proposition of Deliveroo’s advertising solutions and securing buy-in for proposed initiatives.
- • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including launch coordination, ongoing optimization, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with agreed-upon objectives.
- • Monitor campaign performance in real time, using data to identify trends, diagnose underperformance, and recommend strategic adjustments to improve ROI.
- • Collaborate with internal account management teams to share best practices, scale successful approaches across accounts, and amplify overall advertising impact.
- • Synthesize ongoing client feedback and market insights to inform product and advertising team priorities, ensuring Deliveroo’s offerings evolve with partner needs.
- • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at large restaurant and grocery groups, fostering trust and positioning Deliveroo as a strategic advertising partner.
- • Ensure clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, managing expectations and delivering transparent reporting on performance outcomes.
- • Balance strategic thinking with operational execution, managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction.
- • Act as a bridge between client needs and internal advertising, product, and analytics teams to drive alignment and innovation in Deliveroo’s advertising ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years in an advertising sales role
- • Familiarity with the advertising ecosystem, across both brand and performance marketing
- • Effective relationship-building and communication skills at all levels
- • Ability to use data to tell a story and inform strategic recommendations
- • Comfortable handling negotiations with senior executives
