📋 Description

  • • Own the full lifecycle of enterprise deals for Aera Decision Cloud, Aera Technology’s AI decision-automation platform that digitizes and augments decision-making for Fortune 500 leaders. You will quarterback complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (often 6–18 months) that start with a blank whiteboard and end with seven-figure ACV contracts.
  • • Hunt new logos and expand existing accounts across the chemicals, manufacturing, and industrial verticals. Build a qualified pipeline of $20M+ by leveraging outbound prospecting, executive referrals, industry events, and partner channels, always anchoring conversations on measurable business value (e.g., 3–5 % working-capital reduction, 10 % forecast-accuracy lift).
  • • Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and VP-level buyers (Chief Supply-Chain Officer, CFO, CIO) by translating their operational pain points into a Decision Intelligence roadmap. Run discovery workshops, ROI models, and pilot scoping sessions that position Aera as the catalyst for autonomous, data-driven decisions.
  • • Architect account-specific go-to-market strategies that align Aera’s product capabilities (real-time data ingestion, predictive analytics, closed-loop decision automation) with each client’s digital-transformation agenda. Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Data Science, and Value Engineering to craft tailored business cases and technical blueprints.
  • • Orchestrate virtual and on-site executive briefings, steering-committee presentations, and board-level updates that secure sponsorship, budget, and change-management commitment. Your storytelling will turn abstract AI concepts into concrete, line-of-business outcomes.
  • • Drive quarterly and annual bookings targets of $3–5 M ACV while maintaining a 3× pipeline coverage ratio. Maintain meticulous forecasting hygiene in Salesforce, delivering predictable revenue and early risk-flagging to leadership.
  • • Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-offs from signature to go-live, protecting net-revenue retention and creating a virtuous cycle of upsell and advocacy.
  • • Stay ahead of industry trends—supply-chain volatility, sustainability mandates, AI governance—so you can proactively surface new use cases and expand wallet share within existing accounts.
  • • Contribute to Aera’s rapid growth culture by sharing battle-tested playbooks, mentoring junior sellers, and providing voice-of-customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
