- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a critical area of the PeopleGrove platform, translating complex higher-education workflows into elegant, scalable SaaS features that delight thousands of alumni-relations and clinical-learning administrators across the United States.
- • Conduct deep discovery with deans, program directors, alumni officers, and students to uncover "jobs-to-be-done," synthesizing qualitative interviews, SQL-driven quantitative analysis, and in-app telemetry into crisp problem statements and opportunity assessments.
- • Build and continuously evolve a 12-18-month strategic roadmap that balances high-impact quick wins, foundational platform investments, and bold bets that expand PeopleGrove’s competitive moat in alumni engagement and clinical experiential learning.
- • Ruthlessly prioritize features using impact-vs-effort matrices, ROI models, and customer-value scoring; socialize decisions transparently with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to secure buy-in and maintain velocity.
- • Translate roadmap items into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and lightweight PRDs that empower a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers to ship iteratively every two weeks while maintaining architectural integrity and UX coherence.
- • Define, instrument, and monitor KPIs—adoption, activation, retention, NPS, revenue influence—to measure post-launch success; run disciplined A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion funnels and user delight.
- • Champion Marty Cagan-inspired product principles: continuous customer discovery, dual-track agile, empowered teams, and outcome-based roadmaps; coach junior PMs and adjacent teams on best practices for hypothesis-driven development.
- • Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership to craft go-to-market narratives, pricing experiments, and enablement assets that accelerate Sales cycles and reduce time-to-value for new clients.
- • Roll up your sleeves to manage release calendars, dependency mapping, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications—ensuring every launch lands on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
- • Stay ahead of higher-ed technology trends, FERPA/Privacy regulations, and competitor moves; synthesize market intelligence into strategic recommendations that keep PeopleGrove two steps ahead.
- • Foster a culture of psychological safety and inclusive collaboration across a fully remote, multi-time-zone team; leverage asynchronous rituals (Loom updates, Notion docs, Miro boards) to maintain alignment without meeting overload.
- • Mentor and up-skill teammates in Mumbai and across India on customer-centric product thinking, data-driven decision making, and effective stakeholder storytelling—amplifying the entire product organization’s capability.
