- • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of SMB and mid-market advertisers and agencies in North India (New Delhi and Gurugram), driving advertising revenue growth through consultative, insight-led solutions on X.
- • Own end-to-end client relationships with senior stakeholders, building trust and long-term partnerships to maximize platform adoption and advertising effectiveness.
- • Actively hunt for new business opportunities within the SMB and mid-market segments, focusing on client acquisition, new activations, and expanding the long tail of active advertisers.
- • Develop and deliver customized campaign strategies aligned with client brand and performance objectives, leveraging X’s advertising capabilities and platform insights.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including sales operations, product, and marketing to ensure seamless client onboarding, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- • Identify and capitalize on untapped market potential by understanding local business dynamics, advertising trends, and competitive landscapes in North India.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive pipeline development, client retention, and account expansion.
- • Conduct regular client reviews and performance analyses to demonstrate value, uncover upsell opportunities, and reinforce client commitment to X’s advertising platforms.
- • Stay current on platform updates, product launches, and industry best practices to provide clients with timely, relevant, and strategic guidance.
- • Represent Aleph Holding Inc. as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning the company as a key enabler of digital advertising success across leading platforms including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and 55+ others.
- • Drive market expansion by identifying and engaging new verticals, industries, and regional businesses within the North India territory that have not yet activated on X.
- • Maintain accurate client records, forecast data, and activity logs in CRM systems to support reporting, planning, and team alignment.
- • Participate in regional and global team initiatives to share insights, scale successful tactics, and contribute to the evolution of Aleph’s client engagement model.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where agility, initiative, and results orientation are critical to success.
- • Balance new business acquisition with account growth, prioritizing scalable strategies that increase the number of active clients and overall market penetration.
- • Travel within North India as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support on-site activations or workshops.

- • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client partnership roles within digital advertising, media, or technology
- • Demonstrated success in hunting new business and driving revenue growth in SMB or mid-market segments
- • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and performance metrics
- • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior-level stakeholders
- • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment with high autonomy
- • Experience operating in the Indian market, specifically with knowledge of North India’s business ecosystem
