- • The Client Relationship Manager III is a strategic, client-facing role responsible for optimizing commercial fleet operations for national clients, driving growth and retention through strong operational partnerships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned national clients, delivering high-touch white-glove service, developing and maintaining client programs and SOPs, leading client and cross-functional calls, proactively communicating operational updates, coordinating resolution of critical issues, monitoring customer satisfaction, reviewing processes for improvement, and ensuring adherence to performance metrics and reporting standards.
- • The role is part of Cox Automotive’s Customer Care Group, which supports iconic brands like Autotrader, Kelley Blue Book, vAuto, and Manheim, operating within a people-centered atmosphere focused on transforming how the world buys, owns, sells, or uses cars.
- • In this role, the individual can develop deep expertise in fleet operations, strengthen client advisory and leadership skills, gain experience in process optimization and data-driven decision-making, and contribute directly to client retention and business growth while building cross-functional influence across a national scale.
