📋 Description

• • As a Client Relationship Representative II at Rocket Mortgage, you will serve as the primary liaison between Delegated Correspondent Lenders and Rocket’s Operations Team, managing the end-to-end pipeline of residential loans to ensure timely purchase review and disposition.
• • Day to day, you will manage a pipeline of approximately 550 closed residential loans monthly, overseeing unacceptable file deliveries by obtaining curing documents, tracking cycle times with a goal of 8 days or less, and driving First Pass Purchase rates above 45% through trend analysis and client communication.
• • You will work within Rocket Mortgage’s Delegated Correspondent Lender team, collaborating with internal operations, product specialists, and account executives to ensure compliance with FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines using AllRegs and internal overlays.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in mortgage pipeline management, regulatory compliance, client relationship optimization, and process improvement—gaining valuable experience in mortgage operations, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional problem solving within a leading fintech and mortgage innovator.
