- • In this opportunity-driven, high-impact role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our powerful Revenue Management System (RMS) to hotels and accommodation providers across Croatia, Czechia, France, and Spain. Your primary focus will be on upselling RMS to our existing client base, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships, and expertly managing the entire sales process from the initial point of contact through to successful contract closure.
- • You will be empowered to own your sales pipeline by developing and executing a strategic sales plan designed to acquire new clients and significantly grow our presence within these key European markets. This involves identifying potential leads, understanding their unique revenue management challenges, and demonstrating how Mews' RMS can provide transformative solutions.
- • A core responsibility will be hosting impactful product demonstrations. These sessions will be meticulously tailored to the specific needs of each client, highlighting the tangible benefits and revenue-generating capabilities of our RMS. You'll need to articulate complex features into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with hoteliers.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle with precision and dedication. This encompasses everything from proactive prospecting and thorough qualification of leads to skillful negotiation and the finalization of contracts. Your ability to guide prospects through each stage with confidence and expertise will be crucial to your success.
- • Employing account-based strategies, you will leverage the power of storytelling and value-led selling methodologies to advance opportunities. This means understanding the client's business objectives deeply and positioning our RMS as an indispensable tool for achieving them.
- • Collaboration is key. You will partner closely with our marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new RMS clients, fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records is essential for tracking progress and performance. You will provide regular, insightful updates on pipeline health, key performance indicators, and sales forecasts, enabling data-driven decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of closing experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding quota. Hospitality or hotel tech sales experience is a significant plus.
- • Solid understanding of revenue management principles and hotel operations.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales automation platforms.
- • Fluent in Dutch and/or German; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- • Willingness to travel (10–20%) for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
