- • The Client Service Associate (Level 1) at WEX Inc. plays a critical role in supporting client accounts from implementation through ongoing administration, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and client contacts under the guidance of Sr./Strategic/Principal Client Service Managers.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project management, reviewing client materials for accuracy and compliance, managing client communications via email, phone, and virtual meetings, documenting tasks in internal systems, escalating risks when deliverables are at risk, and supporting audits and technical issue resolution.
- • The role involves proactive communication of account status, identifying training needs, suggesting process improvements, and ensuring timely completion of projects under pressure while maintaining high service standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the employee benefits or benefits administration industry
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field experience
- • Proven ability to support client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business audiences
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root cause resolution
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive results and maintain seamless client delivery
