  • • As a full-time, remote Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Advisors within the Employee Advisor Model, potentially serving multiple advisors in the credit union space.

  • • Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive client support, acting as a crucial liaison between advisors and their clients.
  • • This involves daily communication, addressing inquiries related to account activity, understanding and explaining policies, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • • You will manage time-sensitive tasks with precision, including processing Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), executing client distributions, and handling tax-related forms.
  • • A key aspect of the role is submitting account instructions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless operations for the advisors and their clients.
  • • You will be expected to research and resolve complex client and account issues, collaborating closely with various internal teams to guarantee prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve educating clients and advisors on the array of services and technology platforms LPL Financial offers, with a particular focus on promoting digital tools like eSignature and paperless options to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • • You will actively participate in peer development initiatives, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster a high-performing team environment.
  • • Contribute to project work that drives operational improvements and enhances service delivery across the organization.
  • • Manage and analyze operational reports, particularly those related to cash management and distributions, to ensure accuracy and identify trends or areas for improvement.

  • • Champion and promote cost-saving initiatives by encouraging and facilitating digital adoption among advisors and clients.
  • • Perform essential administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the advisor's practice, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate client information, and processing expense reports.
