- • The PMA Audit Specialist is a traveling consultant responsible for conducting onsite inventory audits for Rockwell Automation customers and distributors across Canada and the Eastern United States, ensuring inventory accuracy, identifying risk gaps, and supporting supply chain reliability—directly contributing to customer operational efficiency and Rockwell’s mission to make manufacturers more productive, sustainable, and agile.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing and reporting on inventory audits at customer and distributor sites; gathering product data from customer ERP systems and Rockwell Automation tracking software to conduct reporting and data analysis; creating program metric reports using Rockwell Automation tools that meet customer requirements; making data-driven recommendations for optimal inventory levels based on installed base, critical parts, lead times, failure and repair history trends, pricing, and obsolescence management; providing process-based recommendations to improve customer delivery and part availability; and serving as the key communication liaison between customers, Rockwell Automation sales and distributors, and Product Management to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- • The role sits within Rockwell Automation’s customer support team, a global organization of over 28,000 employees dedicated to helping manufacturers thrive through innovative technology and service excellence; the specialist interfaces closely with sales, services management, product groups, and authorized distributors, reporting to the Contracts Delivery Manager while working remotely from Ontario or Quebec with 95% travel in a company-provided vehicle.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in supply chain auditing, inventory optimization, and customer-facing technical consulting while building strong cross-functional collaboration skills; the specialist will gain hands-on experience with ERP systems, data analysis tools, and reliability-focused service portfolios, positioning them for growth within Rockwell’s job family where experience determines level and compensation, all while contributing to meaningful work that supports global manufacturers in critical sectors like food, medicine, clean water, and green mobility.

- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • Legal authorization to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship provided now or in the future)
- • Ability to travel 95% of the time (minimum three overnights per week)
