  • • The Client Service Delivery Associate III supports Guardian’s mission by delivering exceptional, customer-focused service across phone, email, and chat channels, handling inquiries related to benefits, billing, eligibility, and claims while ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely resolutions.
  • • Day to day, the role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assessing customer needs, identifying root causes, and determining appropriate solutions; navigating multiple systems to research inquiries and document interactions; building rapport while delivering positive experiences; collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues; and maintaining adherence to performance metrics such as AHT, adherence, quality, and VOC surveys.
  • • The role is part of Guardian Life Insurance Company of America’s National Service Center, a collaborative team dedicated to inspiring well-being through supportive, flexible, and inclusive service, where employees report to a Team Leader and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • • In this role, the individual can develop strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-system navigation skills; gain experience in insurance, dental, and disability products; build expertise in customer experience and compliance; and grow professionally through skill-building and leadership development opportunities within a purpose-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • • Ability to work across multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • • Strong aptitude in math, computer proficiency, and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain schedule adherence while balancing production and quality
  • • Availability to work all call center shifts based on business need
  • • Direct-wired internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • • Ability to self-diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • • Proficient PC skills demonstrating efficient use of Windows applications (copy, cut, paste, toggle, etc.) and quick data input/retrieval while assisting customers
