- • Serve as the senior relationship lead for a curated portfolio of premier clients, delivering a concierge-level, white-glove experience
- • Act as the trusted advisor and credible voice clients rely on, anticipating needs before they are explicitly stated
- • Translate complex accounting, tax, and financial concepts into clear, confident, and accessible communication for business owners and high-net-worth individuals
- • Proactively monitor client financial landscapes to identify opportunities, risks, and unspoken needs
- • Coordinate seamlessly with internal accounting, tax, and advisory teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all client deliverables
- • Oversee the entire client onboarding journey, elevating the experience from day one through ongoing engagement
- • Protect the client experience with urgency, discretion, and unwavering professionalism
- • Partner with leadership to continuously refine, standardize, and elevate the firm’s service delivery model
- • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all client interactions
- • Manage client expectations and resolve issues with precision, ensuring long-term trust and satisfaction
- • Build deep, personalized relationships grounded in understanding each client’s business goals, industry context, and financial priorities
- • Function as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness and reliability across all touchpoints
- • Ensure alignment between client needs and internal team capabilities to drive seamless service outcomes
- • Contribute to the development of client service protocols and best practices based on real-world client feedback and outcomes
- • Operate within a hybrid work model, spending three days per week in the Tucson, AZ office and two days remotely
- • Work a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in client service or relationship management within a CPA or professional services firm
- • Experience supporting sophisticated or high-net-worth clients
- • CPA, MBA, or advanced credentials strongly preferred
- • Strong executive presence and sound judgment in client communications
- • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating client needs
- • Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in professional services
