• • The Client Services Business Analyst I - Healthcare Data plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of services and solutions to clients by analyzing requirements, maintaining data integrity, and supporting client projects with technical expertise and strong communication.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client requirements and translating them into technical specifications, ensuring data accuracy through quality checks, owning client jobs to ensure timely delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear client communication, responding to client tickets, contributing to team meetings, taking accountability for deliverables, developing and deploying T-SQL scripts, implementing ETL processes, following established procedures, maintaining documentation, evaluating data for ad hoc requests, contributing well-documented code, and performing other assigned duties.
• • Precision Medicine Group is a leader in precision medicine, supporting clients in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries with data-driven solutions. The role operates in a hybrid model requiring one day per week in the Indianapolis office, with oversight from a manager in client services.
