- • The Client Services Manager role at Capita Pensions Solutions is pivotal in leading and nurturing relationships with key pension clients, ensuring satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting operations through active client management, communicating operational changes, managing change control notes, overseeing invoicing, attending client meetings, leading service instructions to delivery teams, managing escalations, and maintaining the Salesforce CRM system.
- • Capita Pension Solutions is a growing division within Capita plc focused on evolving its strategy and product offerings, with ambitious goals for 2026 and beyond, delivering market-leading pension services.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in client relationship management within the pensions sector, strengthen project governance and invoicing skills, enhance communication and organisational abilities, and contribute to strategic client growth initiatives.

- • DB Pensions knowledge
- • Experience of building strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders
- • Worked in a project-based environment including project governance and invoicing
