- • As a Client Services Project Manager for Actimize at NICE Ltd., you will serve as a pivotal, trusted advisor to our esteemed clientele, ensuring seamless post-implementation support and strategic alignment with their business objectives. Your role is critical in nurturing and maintaining robust relationships across all client business units, influencing tactical activities to consistently drive service excellence for your designated accounts.
- • You will be the primary subject matter expert on NICE Actimize solutions deployed at client sites, dedicated to maximizing the value and return on investment our clients achieve from our cutting-edge software.
- • Acting as the main point of contact between clients and NICE's support organizations, you will expertly manage critical issues, complex problems, and client requests, particularly those involving escalations or unmet expectations, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- • Your responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle, from the crucial Initiation and Data Acquisition phases through Configuration, Data Validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Tuning, and final Deployment, ensuring each stage is executed with precision and adherence to best practices.
- • You will be entrusted with the comprehensive management of all project tasks, meticulously overseeing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions within stipulated timeframes and cost constraints.
- • A key aspect of your role involves establishing and cultivating strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including business users and management personnel, fostering an environment of trust and open communication.
- • You will be responsible for preparing and delivering clear, concise project status reports and presentations, ensuring all stakeholders, including management and clients, are consistently informed about project progress, potential risks, and any emerging issues.
- • A significant contribution will be the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized practices for client implementations, ensuring these align with the Project Manager's operating model and contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will act as a vital conduit, communicating and advocating customer requirements, feedback, and concerns to the product management team, R&D, and other relevant internal stakeholders, thereby influencing product development and service improvements.
- • You will proactively create and manage detailed project plans, defining project schedules, allocating necessary resources, and diligently monitoring progress against milestones to ensure successful project execution.
