- • As a Client Services Support Analyst at Precision Medicine Group, you will support the deployment of Access Genius, a market access pull-through solution for biopharmaceutical clients, helping improve patient access to medicine and enabling healthcare providers to make informed treatment decisions.
- • Day to day activities include collaborating with mentors and leadership to understand project initiation, collecting business requirements from clients, developing and maintaining project plans, facilitating creative design and MRL (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submission processes, coordinating meetings with cross-functional teams, and managing client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
- • You will be part of the Product Solutions team within Precision AQ, a collaborative and innovative unit focused on leveraging data science, analytics, and technology to transform customer engagement in the healthcare industry.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in business requirements gathering, project management, software development life cycle processes, Managed Markets and payer data, MRL review systems, and biopharmaceutical commercialization, while building strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and potentially outside standard hours when necessary
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- • Ability to travel up to 5%
