- • Act as a crucial liaison between clients and internal Zelis teams, including product development, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless design, development, and delivery of customized solutions.
- • Champion the successful delivery of solutions, meticulously overseeing that all projects are completed on time, within the defined scope, and consistently meet the highest quality standards.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans designed to achieve client success metrics and stimulate significant business growth for both the client and Zelis.
- • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Zelis services and solutions, expanding the client's engagement and maximizing mutual benefit.
- • Work in tandem with internal stakeholders to guarantee the effective execution of client strategies and the successful implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
- • Provide oversight for the end-to-end implementation of client projects, ensuring meticulous adherence to timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
- • Coordinate all project activities, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines rigorously to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of client solutions.
- • Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues or risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing solution performance, introducing new offerings, and outlining strategic initiatives that align with their evolving needs.
