  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, cultivating and nurturing robust, long-term relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
  • • Deeply understand each client's unique business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic goals to architect and deliver highly tailored solutions that drive tangible value.
  • • Proactively and regularly engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure consistent satisfaction, swiftly address any emerging concerns, and identify opportunities for enhanced partnership.
  • • Collaborate closely with clients to meticulously define and articulate solution requirements, translating their needs into actionable technical and strategic specifications.
  • • Act as a crucial liaison between clients and internal Zelis teams, including product development, engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless design, development, and delivery of customized solutions.
  • • Champion the successful delivery of solutions, meticulously overseeing that all projects are completed on time, within the defined scope, and consistently meet the highest quality standards.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans designed to achieve client success metrics and stimulate significant business growth for both the client and Zelis.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Zelis services and solutions, expanding the client's engagement and maximizing mutual benefit.
  • • Work in tandem with internal stakeholders to guarantee the effective execution of client strategies and the successful implementation of key initiatives, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.
  • • Provide oversight for the end-to-end implementation of client projects, ensuring meticulous adherence to timelines, budgets, and project milestones.
  • • Coordinate all project activities, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines rigorously to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of client solutions.
  • • Continuously monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues or risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing solution performance, introducing new offerings, and outlining strategic initiatives that align with their evolving needs.
  • • Generate and present regular, insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), overall client satisfaction, and solution effectiveness, providing clear visibility into progress and outcomes.
  • • Leverage data analysis and client feedback to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations, empowering clients to make informed decisions and optimize their operations.
  • • Manage contract renewals, lead negotiations, and oversee amendments with clients, ensuring favorable terms and continued partnership.
  • • Ensure strict compliance with all contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining the integrity of client partnerships.
  • • Collaborate effectively with legal and finance teams to promptly address and resolve any contractual disputes or billing discrepancies.
  • • Maintain a keen awareness of evolving industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape, positioning Zelis and its clients for success.
  • • Share relevant industry insights and best practices with clients, helping them to stay ahead of industry developments and maintain a competitive edge.
  • • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional knowledge, build valuable relationships, and represent Zelis.
  • • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and coordinated efforts in delivering exceptional client solutions.
  • • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior account managers and client service representatives, nurturing talent and promoting best practices.
  • • Cultivate and champion a strong culture of client-centricity and continuous improvement throughout the team, ensuring that client needs are at the forefront of all activities.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor, building deep rapport and understanding with clients to become an indispensable partner in their success.
