📋 Description

• • As a Client Solutions Manager – Mortgage Servicing Retention, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned mortgage servicing clients, driving retention initiatives and revenue-generating enhancements that directly impact client satisfaction and business profitability. This role is critical in helping clients optimize borrower engagement and retention strategies through tailored solutions.
• • Day to day, you will partner with clients to understand portfolio objectives, develop Statements of Work, coordinate cross-functional execution across Marketing, IT, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams, monitor performance metrics, manage billing processes, and provide recurring business updates to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
