- • Own end-to-end client operations for a portfolio of large health system and hospital clients, proactively monitoring data to surface and resolve issues such as file delivery failures, ineligibility spikes, payment anomalies, and data quality gaps before they escalate into client complaints.
- • Serve as the primary operational and technical owner for clients post-implementation, collaborating closely with implementation teams to understand each client’s unique setup and ensuring sustained implementation quality after go-live.
- • Use Metabase, BigQuery, and internal reporting tools to transform operational data into client-facing strategic insights, including AR aging deep-dives, ineligibility trend analyses, and executive-ready process recommendations.
- • Design and maintain dashboards that surface critical operational metrics in real time, enabling timely interventions and data-driven decision-making for client success.
- • Act as a strategic counterpart to the Client Success team and enterprise clients, consistently bringing forward actionable recommendations—not just data—during client interactions to drive measurable outcomes.
- • Lead cross-functional special projects related to IDR strategy and payer compliance, advancing the company’s core reimbursement model through targeted initiatives across teams.
- • Mentor junior analysts on the team, contribute to the development of playbooks and onboarding documentation, and continuously improve internal processes to build a scalable operating system for Client Strategy & Operations.
- • Translate complex healthcare reimbursement data and workflows into clear, one-paragraph executive insights for C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment between operational realities and strategic client priorities.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with hospital revenue cycle operations, data flow patterns, and the unique challenges of working with large health systems to inform product and operational improvements.
- • Drive operational excellence by identifying systemic risks, designing preventive measures, and implementing scalable solutions that reduce client escalations and increase retention.
- • Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to feed client feedback and operational insights into product development cycles, ensuring the platform evolves to meet real-world provider needs.
- • Balance high-volume client responsibilities with strategic initiatives, maintaining a proactive posture that anticipates client needs and aligns operational execution with company growth goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6 years in a client-facing operations, strategy, or analytics role such as Client Strategy & Operations, Implementation, or Account Management
- • Direct experience working with or inside large health systems and hospitals, including understanding of hospital revenue cycle operations and data flow
- • Strong SQL fluency with comfort in BigQuery (or equivalent) and dashboarding tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate complex data into executive insights
- • Strategic and proactive mindset with proven ability to manage high-value accounts, drive measurable outcomes, and mitigate risks before escalation
- • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and complex client implementations with strong project management and operational excellence skills
