- • Design and lead strategic, multi-phase success plans for partners aligned to their business objectives, security posture, and operating model to ensure measurable value realization from the Blackpoint product suite.
- • Define and track measurable KPIs tied to value outcomes such as deployment milestones, coverage expansion, incident reduction, and operational efficiency gains.
- • Translate product usage data and telemetry into business outcomes that resonate with partner leadership, including risk reduction, cost offsets, and efficiency improvements.
- • Proactively identify partner constraints related to scalability, compatibility, performance, and compliance, and flag technical risks before they impact adoption or retention.
- • Provide tactical, best-practice-based technical recommendations grounded in validated product behavior and documented cybersecurity standards.
- • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with technical leads, operational managers, and executive stakeholders across partner organizations.
- • Deliver executive-ready presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), roadmap discussions, and strategic account reviews.
- • Conduct structured risk assessments across assigned partner accounts to identify systemic or long-term retention risks.
- • Develop tailored mitigation strategies that integrate technical architecture, business context, and stakeholder dynamics to reduce churn and increase engagement.
- • Engage partner executives early with evidence-based narratives, remediation paths, and forward-looking recommendations to secure buy-in and alignment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to align on partner needs, accelerate solution delivery, and improve the overall partner experience.
- • Share actionable feedback and insights from partner engagements to inform product enhancements and improve the scalability of Client Success processes.
- • Identify workflow gaps within partner onboarding and adoption processes and propose scalable improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across the Client Success organization.
- • Contribute to the development of standardized materials, playbooks, and best practices to elevate the maturity and repeatability of the Client Success function.
- • Act as a strategic advisor to partners, translating Blackpoint’s cybersecurity capabilities into aligned growth and security maturity strategies.
- • Work independently and remotely with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability and execution.
- • Operate within a hyper-growth environment fueled by a recent $190M Series C round, supporting rapid expansion of the Client Success organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity and MSP environments with experience in customer-facing technical roles
- • Proven track record driving customer value, adoption, and engagement
- • Ability to navigate complex customer environments and communicate effectively across technical and executive personas
- • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technical domains preferred
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
