  • • As a Client Success Executive at Centivo, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for self-funded employer clients using the Reference Based Pricing (RBP) health plan model, driving satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth by acting as a trusted advisor to HR and finance leaders navigating complex healthcare affordability challenges.
  • • You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle post-implementation, managing a book of business to ensure seamless plan delivery, proactive issue resolution, and identification of growth opportunities through increased enrollment, expanded benefits, and geographic market expansion while representing the client’s voice internally across product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • • Centivo is mission-driven, dedicated to bringing affordable, high-quality healthcare to workers and employers who struggle with healthcare costs, operating as an innovative health plan anchored in a primary care-based ACO model that saves employers 15–30% versus traditional carriers and offers employees free primary care, predictable copays, and no deductibles.
  • • The Client Success team operates cross-functionally with brokers, consultants, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure exceptional client experiences, leveraging data-driven insights and deep RBP expertise to guide strategic plan decisions and renewals.
  • • In this role, you will develop mastery in Reference Based Pricing methodology, including claims benchmarking, pricing, and adjudication, enabling you to confidently educate clients, translate technical pricing logic into clear business terms, and advocate for client needs using analytics and industry best practices.
  • • You will lead strategic renewal efforts by crafting data-backed presentations that quantify RBP savings, demonstrate plan performance, and recommend plan design enhancements, while proactively identifying retention risks and collaborating with sales teams to showcase Centivo’s service model to prospective clients.
  • • Through hands-on oversight of plan administration—including member engagement, claims operations, PBM, provider network, and reporting—you will ensure smooth transitions from implementation to ongoing management, establish strong operating rhythms, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery by resolving discrepancies, escalations, and provider disputes with transparency and urgency.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a strategic healthcare advisor, deepening expertise in self-funded TPA environments, health plan operations, and value-based care models while contributing to Centivo’s mission of building a better healthcare system from the ground up for employers ranging from 51 employees to Fortune 500 companies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • • 10 years of Client Success experience in employer-sponsored benefits
  • • 5 years of health plan experience, including self-funded accounts (TPA’s)
  • • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to present information persuasively and build rapport
  • • Deep understanding of Reference Based Pricing (RBP) methodology, including claims pricing, adjudication, and plan administration
