- • As a Client Success Manager at Audiohook Inc., you will serve as the primary post-onboarding contact for active client accounts, playing a pivotal role in driving campaign performance, client retention, and revenue growth through strategic partnership and data-informed guidance.
- • You will lead recurring performance reviews (monthly or bi-monthly), translating complex campaign data into clear, actionable insights that align with client goals while safeguarding internal margin targets, ensuring campaigns are optimized for both effectiveness and profitability.
- • Acting as the central liaison between clients and internal teams—including AdOps, RevOps, and Sales—you will proactively communicate pacing, performance trends, risks, and opportunities, escalating issues early to maintain trust and drive timely resolutions.
- • You will own client-facing budget pacing and forecasting conversations, contributing to renewal planning, health reporting, and expansion strategies by identifying upsell paths and growth opportunities within existing campaigns.
- • Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and long-term partnership success through the delivery of QBRs/MBRs, performance narratives, testing roadmaps, renewal proposals, and escalation briefs that reflect deep strategic thinking and campaign mastery.
- • You will manage campaigns end-to-end within Audiohook’s systems—including the UI, CRM, and DSP platforms—ensuring accurate execution, timely optimizations, and alignment with both client objectives and company financial goals.
- • By interpreting performance trends across KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, you will recommend strategic shifts in creative, targeting, budget allocation, and flighting to improve outcomes and uncover innovation pathways.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to implement optimization plans, conduct campaign audits, document learnings, and ensure that insights are shared across teams to elevate overall performance and client value.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in audio and podcast advertising ecosystems, gaining exposure to cutting-edge programmatic technologies, attribution models, and performance marketing strategies in a high-growth startup environment.
- • You will sharpen your ability to balance client success with business sustainability, learning how to advocate for client needs while contributing to revenue forecasting, margin protection, and scalable operational processes.
- • Through ownership of client health, renewal inputs, and expansion initiatives, you will build strategic account management skills that prepare you for senior leadership roles in client success, revenue operations, or growth-focused positions within the tech and advertising industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing client relationships tied to revenue retention and growth.
- • Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in audio, podcast, programmatic, or paid media, including familiarity with ad platforms, DSPs, and campaign execution workflows.
- • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret performance data from CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel/Sheets), and translate insights into clear, strategic recommendations for clients.
- • Demonstrated experience leading QBRs/MBRs, owning budget pacing conversations, driving renewal and upsell discussions, and managing escalations with confidence and diplomacy.
