  • • As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Leap Technologies, you will be instrumental in delivering unparalleled service and fostering deep client satisfaction across a dedicated portfolio of strategic relationships. This role is pivotal in managing key accounts, including employers, TPAs, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and benefits consultants. Your primary objective will be to ensure operational excellence, which directly contributes to client retention, drives account growth, and guarantees the delivery of measurable value. You will serve as the primary ambassador for Leap, embodying our mission and proactively promoting our services through data-driven strategies and compelling communication.
  • • The CSM will own the entire client lifecycle for their assigned accounts, from initial implementation support and the development of adoption strategies to ongoing performance management, renewal processes, and fostering long-term client loyalty. This involves crafting and executing comprehensive account plans that are meticulously aligned with each client's unique healthcare objectives and cost-containment strategies. You will act as the principal strategic advisor, engaging directly with HR and Benefits leaders, TPAs, and PBMs, providing expert guidance and insights.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves driving value delivery and engaging with executive stakeholders. You will lead impactful quarterly and annual business reviews, presenting detailed analyses of utilization trends, financial performance, demonstrated savings, and member experience metrics. A key responsibility is to clearly articulate Leap's unique value proposition, translating complex performance data into actionable insights and strategic, executive-level recommendations. Demonstrating strong executive presence and the ability to conduct data-driven discussions with senior leaders is paramount.
  • • Furthermore, the CSM will be responsible for identifying and cultivating growth opportunities within existing accounts, working in close collaboration with our Growth and Growth Marketing teams. This includes actively promoting increased patient engagement and program utilization. You will also play a crucial role in supporting finalist presentations, facilitating client references, and gathering testimonials that contribute to new business acquisition.
  • • Cross-functional leadership and proactive risk management are essential components of this position. You will collaborate closely with our clinical, operations, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional service delivery experience for all clients. A critical function involves collecting, synthesizing, and relaying client feedback to inform and drive continuous improvements in our processes and product offerings. Proactively identifying potential account risks and developing and executing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard client retention is a key performance indicator.
  • • This role demands a proactive, organized, and analytical individual comfortable navigating the dynamic environment of a fast-paced, growth-stage company. You will be a collaborative team player, adept at problem-solving and committed to driving client success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, benefits consulting, population health, digital health, or employer-focused client success.
  • • Proven experience managing employer accounts and direct engagement with HR or Benefits leadership, as well as TPAs.
  • • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue retention and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
  • • Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively present performance data and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
  • • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
