You will be instrumental in guiding prospective customers through their initial exploration of our innovative solutions, meticulously running comprehensive onboarding sessions to guarantee successful adoption and sustained engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to educate our clients, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills to leverage GovSignals effectively, thereby streamlining their government capture and proposal development processes.

  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Spearhead the initial exploration of the GovSignals platform with potential clients, ensuring they fully comprehend its capabilities and can effectively apply it to their unique operational processes and strategic goals.
  • • Conduct thorough and engaging onboarding sessions for new customers, providing expert training and ongoing support on the effective utilization of the software for government capture, proposal writing, and compliance adherence.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their critical exploration and onboarding phases, proactively addressing inquiries, resolving technical or procedural issues, and ensuring a smooth transition into platform utilization.
  • • Develop and refine structured onboarding processes, comprehensive training materials, and user guides to systematically enhance customer education and accelerate platform adoption.
  • • Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience, bridging the gap between client needs and platform evolution.
  • • Contribute to the creation and delivery of instructional content, including webinars, workshops, and knowledge base articles, designed to empower users and maximize their proficiency with the GovSignals platform.
  • • Apply your specialized knowledge of government contracting processes and requirements to assist clients in seamlessly integrating GovSignals into their existing workflows, optimizing their efficiency and competitive edge.
  • • Maintain a consistently high level of customer engagement throughout the client lifecycle, proactively identifying opportunities for platform expansion, upsell, and deeper integration based on evolving client needs and successes.
  • • Act as a champion for the customer within GovSignals, providing valuable feedback to the product and sales teams to inform future development and service enhancements.
