- • The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the Client Services department by managing employee benefits administration and supporting client account teams. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, processing benefits changes, and delivering reliable administrative support that directly impacts employee satisfaction and compliance.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing new hires, terminations, and benefits changes for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans; maintaining QC sheets; reconciling data from the Reconciliation team; entering and updating client employee information in internal systems; prioritizing work via tracking tools; providing backup phone support for the HRK main line; and assisting with special projects and urgent cross-departmental needs as they arise.
