- • Client Support Specialist (Virtual/Remote) role focused on resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical requests for public health agency clients using SaaS solutions, directly contributing to disease prevention and improved health outcomes through technology.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, responding to client inquiries via ticketing systems, documenting resolutions, collaborating with internal teams on escalations, and maintaining service level agreements during scheduled West Coast coverage hours (11:30am–9pm EST).
