This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our most valued business clients – our workplace partners. Your core responsibility will be to proactively address their needs, prevent client attrition, and guarantee an exceptionally smooth and positive experience with our innovative app-based marketplace.
- • This position is far removed from a conventional call center environment. Instead, you will act as a strategic partner to our workplace clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and providing tailored solutions. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster strong client relationships, resolve complex issues efficiently, and contribute to the overall growth and retention of our B2B customer base.
- • You will be entrusted with delivering swift, precise, and empathetic support to our workplace clientele through both voice and email channels. This involves expertly resolving a wide array of issues, including those related to shift bookings, payment processing, and the functionality of the Clipboard platform. The ability to think on your feet and provide real-time solutions is paramount.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve mastering and utilizing our internal tools, such as Zendesk and the Clipboard portal. You will be expected to meticulously investigate client cases, update relevant information, log clear and concise internal notes for team reference, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all client interactions and resolutions.
- • Critical thinking and sound judgment are essential. You will be tasked with troubleshooting a variety of technical and operational problems, adapting existing workflows when necessary, and knowing precisely when to escalate an issue to a specialized team. This ensures that every client concern is addressed with the appropriate level of expertise.
- • Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will cultivate a profound understanding of our products, services, and operational processes. This deep knowledge will enable you to identify recurring patterns in client issues, pinpoint potential gaps in our offerings or internal procedures, and provide valuable feedback to enhance both the client experience and our operational efficiency.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with various internal departments, including Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations. This cross-functional engagement is crucial for gathering the necessary information, coordinating efforts, and ensuring that client issues are resolved comprehensively and effectively, fostering a unified approach to client satisfaction.
