📋 Description

• As a Client Value Partner for Consumer Packaged Goods at Celonis, you will serve as the primary accountable lead for strategic global accounts, bridging C-level vision with operational excellence by translating supply chain strategy into measurable business value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
• Day to day, you will identify and frame value by analyzing client strategic goals (e.g., network optimization, sustainability, working capital release) and mapping them to long-term visions; build board-level business cases demonstrating financial impact on cost-to-serve, on-time-in-full performance, and asset utilization; drive engagement success by leading executive relationships and value workstreams for large-scale transformations; orchestrate ecosystems by guiding customers on center of excellence maturation and mobilizing cross-functional teams; solve systemic challenges around inventory visibility and logistics optimization; codify best practices into reusable playbooks; mentor junior team members; act as the voice of the customer to product teams; and build strategic expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a core pillar of digital supply chain strategy.
• You will join Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence and pioneer of Process Mining technology, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company headquartered in Munich and New York with over 20 offices worldwide, dedicated to unlocking global productivity and sustainability by placing intelligence at the core of every business process.
• In this role, you will deepen your impact as a strategic advisor in the CPG and retail space, develop expertise in linking AI-driven process intelligence to complex global supply chains, influence product development through customer feedback, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to thought leadership that shapes industry best practices in supply chain transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in global CPG, logistics, or supply chain-intensive firms, ideally combined with strategy consulting background
• Granular knowledge of supply chain value chain areas including supply chain planning, logistics & distribution, fleet/asset management, and order management
• Proven track record driving large-scale transformation programs with impact on P&L through inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and cash flow improvement
• Understanding of modern supply chain technology stack (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, TMS/WMS systems) and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer-specific business contexts
• Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-level executives (CSCO, CIO, CFO) with strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills through data and facts
• MBA strongly preferred; degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field required
