• • As a Clinic Growth Manager at Vetcove, you will design and run programs that keep thousands of veterinary clinics engaged, growing, and deriving real value from the platform—identifying at-risk accounts and driving re-engagement through data, content, and community initiatives.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing clinic community programs (newsletters, referrals, peer spotlights), developing educational webinars and best practice playbooks, analyzing usage trends to flag at-risk accounts, acting as a feedback loop between clinics and product teams, and leveraging AI and data partnerships to build dashboards tracking clinic health and growth metrics.

• • In this role, you will develop expertise in SaaS growth strategies, customer health analytics, community building, and cross-functional collaboration—gaining the ability to translate user feedback and behavioral data into scalable programs that drive measurable outcomes across a large customer base.
