- • Own the full sales cycle for Vetcove’s Home Delivery pharmacy platform, converting qualified leads from the SDR team into active clinic users through product demos and closing calls
- • Serve as a trusted platform expert during all sales interactions, addressing technical questions and articulating value propositions against competitors without relying on price discounts
- • Manage a high-volume pipeline of warm leads with strict stage hygiene, ensuring clear next steps and timely follow-ups from qualification through close
- • Execute seamless handoffs to the onboarding team upon deal closure, providing complete context to ensure new clinics can activate and use the platform efficiently
- • Collaborate with the SDR team to provide feedback on lead quality, refine targeting criteria, and improve lead handoff protocols for higher conversion rates
- • Design and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns including email sequences, targeted promotions, and seasonal initiatives to drive demo registrations and clinic sign-ups
- • Build and maintain a library of sales assets such as slide decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and ROI calculators tailored to independent veterinary clinic decision-makers
- • Represent Vetcove at veterinary industry events and trade shows to generate leads, build relationships, and advance pipeline growth
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM for all active opportunities, ensuring data integrity and visibility across the sales organization
- • Track and report on key sales metrics including demo-to-close rate, average sales cycle, pipeline velocity, and campaign-driven conversion rates
- • Prepare regular pipeline reviews with data-driven insights for internal stakeholders, identifying blockers, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- • Adapt communication style fluidly between group demos, 1:1 follow-ups, and written outreach while maintaining a consistent, persuasive voice
- • Operate with high organizational discipline to manage a large pipeline without letting opportunities fall through the cracks
- • Balance strategic campaign-level thinking with tactical, individual clinic conversations based on evolving priorities and pipeline needs
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree
- • 3–5 years of experience in a closing sales role, ideally in SaaS or technology selling to SMBs or independent operators
- • Proven track record of owning a full sales cycle from demo through close with measurable conversion outcomes
- • Strong demo and presentation skills with ability to handle objections live and drive decisions
- • Experience building or contributing to sales campaigns, email sequences, or outbound programs beyond executing predefined plays
- • Comfortable using CRM tools to maintain clean pipeline records and accurate notes
