• • The Clinical Account Consultant, PBA role at Capital Rx is a strategic, client-focused position responsible for supporting all aspects of clinical functions to service client clinical needs, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and trend management while driving healthcare innovation in pharmacy benefit management.
• • Day to day, the consultant will support clinical aspects of implementation for new clients and plan changes, address clinical needs including custom formulary and criteria management, explain clinical programs to clients, analyze pharmacy claims data to identify trends, communicate drug information, respond to clinical inquiries, collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales initiatives, attend client presentations, lead internal clinical operations initiatives, and contribute to process improvement efforts, with occasional weekend or off-hours work required.
