📋 Description
- • The Clinical Account Manager at Capital Rx, Inc. plays a strategic role in managing client relationships within the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) space, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and effective clinical strategy execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing relationships with key client decision-makers, overseeing account management teams, resolving member issues, analyzing pharmacy claims data to identify trends, supporting contract renewals, and providing data-driven clinical recommendations to clients.
- • Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service PBM solutions to self-insured employers, operating under Judi Health, an enterprise health technology company focused on rebuilding trust in healthcare through innovative platforms like Judi®, its Enterprise Health Platform.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in PBM operations, clinical trend analysis, and client-facing healthcare strategy, gaining experience in data interpretation, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration within a mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in pharmacy, health plan, managed care, or pharmacy benefits management (PBM)
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets and analyzing raw data
