About Ceribell, Inc.
Ceribell, Inc. develops and markets a rapid-response electroencephalography system for point-of-care brain monitoring. The FDA-cleared device consists of a disposable headband with integrated electrodes and a handheld recorder that streams data to a cloud portal for remote interpretation. Designed for emergency and intensive-care settings, the system enables non-specialists to detect non-convulsive seizures within minutes, supporting faster clinical decisions and reducing reliance on conventional, time-intensive EEG services. The company also provides 24/7 tele-neurology oversight and AI algorithms to flag critical events, aiming to improve neurological outcomes and lower hospital costs.
