- • As a Solutions Engineer Enterprise (German) at 1Password, you will serve as a critical technical advisor within the Go-to-Market team, directly enabling sales success by aligning 1Password’s enterprise security solutions with complex customer use cases, particularly in German-speaking markets, and accelerating deal cycles through deep technical engagement and PoC leadership.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities using frameworks like MEDDPICC, own and execute proof-of-concepts that demonstrate tangible value, and act as a subject matter expert on 1Password’s product suite — including Extended Access Management — to ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements and resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to develop technical resources, surface field feedback, and influence product roadmap insights, while maintaining a strong understanding of AI technologies and their evolving role in 1Password’s security roadmap.
- • You will prepare and respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and vendor risk assessments, deliver technical education to customers and internal teams, and occasionally travel for customer on-sites, conferences, and company off-sites, with an expectation of in-person onboarding in Toronto despite the remote UK-based nature of the role.
- • You will operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality, driven by curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering measurable impact in a mission-driven cybersecurity organization trusted by over 180,000 businesses worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in similar customer-facing B2B roles
- • 3+ years of direct experience working with enterprise customers in a multi-product SaaS environment
- • Fluency in both English and German (bi-lingual proficiency is essential)
