  • • As a Commercial Account Executive at Tremendous Inc., you will own a book of business within the Commercial segment, managing opportunities from discovery through close, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth for a profitable, investor-free platform trusted by 20,000 organizations worldwide.
  • • Day to day, you will convert inbound demand into new customers through thoughtful discovery and value articulation, build outbound pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective customers, manage a steady pipeline across industries, run efficient sales cycles with strong customer experience, maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting, and partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to support acquisition and expansion.
  • • Tremendous is a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting culture with an employee NPS in the high 80s, built on trust and autonomy, where you’ll collaborate with a mission-driven team serving researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses.
  • • In this role, you will refine and scale the Commercial sales motion, gain broad exposure across industries and use cases, own your pipeline and revenue outcomes, and continuously improve your approach using data, feedback, and experimentation—directly impacting how thousands of businesses send payouts globally.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
  • • 2+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive
  • • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • • Strong discovery and qualification skills
  • • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • • Clear, concise written communication
  • • High ownership mentality
  • • Comfort working in a fully remote environment with high autonomy
  • • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
